Dr. Bharathi Vengadasalam is a dedicated and compassionate Consultant Psychiatrist with over 25 years of experience in mental healthcare. She has a special interest in geriatric psychiatry, dementia care, women’s mental health and emotional wellness. Known for her empathetic approach and patient-centred care, Dr. Bharathi is committed to helping individuals and families navigate mental health challenges with understanding, dignity and professional support.

For Dr. Bharathi, psychiatry is more than treating symptoms it is about understanding people, supporting emotional wellbeing and helping patients regain quality of life. She finds fulfillment in caring for individuals through different stages of life, especially older adults facing memory and emotional challenges, as well as women navigating mental health concerns.
